The price is $220 per night (incl GST) for one room and two guests. The entire house, excluding the rooms you haven't paid for, is available for the two guests to use. If you have others in your party the extra cost is $175 (incl GST) per night, per room. No one lives in the house and we don't allow sharing with strangers.
Bedroom #1
This bedroom has a super king-size bed and a wall mounted TV (not a smart TV). A large dressing room comes with this room.
Bedroom #2
This bedroom has a king-size bed and a large wall mounted smart TV.
Bedroom #3
This bedroom has a queen-size bed.
Bedroom #4
This bedroom has 2 single beds (can be joined to make a king double at extra cost).
Kitchen
The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hobs, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, filtered water, and table and chairs.
Formal Dining Room
The formal dining room has a large table and chairs to accommodate 10 people. The antique radiogram has been modernized to incorporate Bluetooth. Easy to operate instructions are on the welcome sheet on the entrance table.
TV Room
The TV room is great for reading, relaxing and opens out to the large swimming pool also available for you to use.
Bathrooms
The upstairs bathroom has a spa bath, shower and toilet with warm underfloor heating. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet.
